The position requires following simple verbal commands, meeting daily picking quotas, and maintaining attention to detail. Lifting up to 40 pounds and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shipping labels.
• Ability to understand and follow simple verbal commands.
• Ability to meet daily LM picking quotas.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using voice-picking equipment.
• Follow simple voice commands to accurately fulfill book orders.
• Meet or exceed the LM SOP picking quota.
• Scan labels using a finger scanner.
• Perform replenishment tasks as needed.
• Work in other areas of the operation as needed.
• Take direction from different leads when working in other areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
