Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking Full Time Order Selectors for our Vernon, CA Distribution Center. Perishable goods include Floral, Meat and Produce; temperature range from freezer to 55F. Base pay ranges $19.50–$34.92 hourly with incentives and nutritional benefits.

The role operates a 2:00PM Mon-Fri shift; 1:00PM Sat & Sun; rotating 4-day/10-hour weeks including weekends and holidays. Training bonuses and milestone incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with electric pallet jack and voice systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Team-player with positive attitude.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to read and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-based order system to select and palletize store orders.
• Manually stacking product onto pallets and preparing for shipment.
• Assist in cleaning the warehouse and maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety codes and wear PPE per policy.
• Arrive to work on time and complete required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Facility Leadership.
