Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Richmond, CA is seeking Full Time Order Selectors for our Perishable Distribution Center. This facility handles Floral, Meat and Produce products in a range from –10 to 46 degrees, with a rotating 4-day/10-hour schedule and weekend/holiday work.

You will use a voice-based order system to pick and palletize orders, stack goods, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a cold environment. Competitive wages and structured bonuses support performance.

Qualifications

• Experience using electric pallet jacks (single or double).
• Experience with voice systems used for order picking.
• Team-player with positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work with others, self-motivated, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-based system to select and palletize store orders.
• Manually stack products onto pallets, wrap, and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Adhere to health and safety codes and PPE requirements.
• Attend required trainings and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
