Job summary

The Boston School of Music Arts in the United States seeks an energetic Voice/Piano Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will teach singing and piano to students ages 4 and up, including adults, and may accompany with guitar. This is an in-school, W2 position with opportunities for consistent work and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years' experience teaching singing and piano to ages 5 to adult.
• Solid performance skills and ability to teach 1-on-1 and small groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field preferred.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Be trained in our lessons program.
• Keep internal lessons notes.
• Prepare students for community performances and school performances.
• May prepare students for BSMA rep competitions or auditions.
• Will teach small groups and bands (regular group pay rate - higher)
