The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying key customer pain points and ensuring swift action in addressing them, collaborating closely with teams across Support, Sales, and Product. This full-time position is available either remotely or at Figma’s US hubs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in customer insights.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
