Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our growing team. You will use voice-activated tech and power equipment to pick, move, and prepare products for shipment across multiple locations.

This role offers an active, fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Clear reading, writing, and communication skills to support safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick products by matching slot numbers using voice-guided system.
• Meet weekly productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to move products.
• Build pallets and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Organize products in staging areas and ensure correct labeling and shipment readiness.
• Communicate equipment, safety, or damaged goods issues to leadership.
• Maintain assigned equipment and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
