Heinen’s, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Freezer Selector in Bedford, OH. You will pick, move, and prepare products using voice-activated tech and power equipment to support a fast-paced supply chain.

The role requires stamina, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and comfort with varying temperatures. You’ll work with a team to meet weekly productivity goals and ensure accurate, safe shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work at a steady, fast production pace.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in an enclosed operator compartment for up to 8 hours.
• Clear reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedules, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick products by matching slot numbers using the voice-guided WMS.
• Meet weekly productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to move products efficiently.
• Build pallets: stack, wrap, and stage for damage-free, on-time shipping.
• Organize products in staging areas and ensure orders are wrapped, labeled, and shipment-ready.
• Communicate with leadership about equipment, safety, or damaged goods.
• Maintain equipment and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
