Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, or freezer environments.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick products by matching slot numbers in a voice-guided system.
• Meet weekly productivity goals while staying accurate and safe.
• Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Build pallets, wrap and stage for shipment.
• Organize products in staging areas and label orders.
• Communicate equipment or safety issues with leadership.
• Maintain equipment and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
