Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Indianapolis is seeking a reliable Warehouse Picker/Order Selector to support our fast-paced distribution operation. You will accurately pick products using a voice headset, stack cases up to 50 lbs, and prepare orders for loading with pallet jacks or walkie-riders.

The role focuses on staying active, following defined pallet patterns, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
Stand, walk, bend, twist, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Work with voice-activated picking system and headset.
Operate pallet jacks and ride-on equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products by matching numbers using a voice headset.
Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
Place products in defined stacking pattern on pallets.
Shrink wrap orders and move completed orders to loading dock with pallet jack or walkie-rider.
Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
