Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment using voice-directed picking and careful packing for shipment. You will verify products, stage orders, and prepare boxes to prevent damage while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.
• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Detail oriented and accountable for accurate decisions under guidelines.
• Able to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Receives coversheet and assigned cart; uses voice system to pick items.
• Verify product during picking and packing processes.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate boxes and bags; avoid damage.
• Record task times and maintain daily production notes as needed.
• Return carts, stage and pack orders, and prepare for shipment.
• Address errors in product selection and correct before shipment.
• Follow safety and workplace behavior policies and standards.
