Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Dry Picker in Seattle, WA to accurately select and prepare dry goods orders using a voice-directed system. This hands-on warehouse role requires attention to quality, safe equipment operation, and consistent productivity on a 10-hour shift.

You’ll use a Vocollect headset, operate pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts, inspect for damage, and stack pallets for delivery while maintaining food-safety and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with voice-directed picking systems or Vocollect devices.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attention to product quality and packaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed headset to accurately select products and build orders.
• Operate pallet jacks, stand‑up forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspect products for damage and correct packaging before completing orders.
• Stack, wrap, label, and stage pallets for delivery.
• Meet accuracy and productivity targets during a 10‑hour shift.
