Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Waco, TX is hiring a Warehouse Picker Order Selector to support our fast-paced distribution operations. You will identify items with a voice headset, stack cases onto pallets, and prepare orders for loading using a pallet jack or walkie-rider.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to work a full-time schedule with potential overtime and weekend shifts. Training and safety procedures are provided to ensure accurate picking and efficient pallet

Qualifications

• Able to stand and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and pushing throughout shift.
• Experience with voice-activated order selectors is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers using a voice headset.
• Hand stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
• Place products in a defined stacking pattern on pallets.
• Shrink wrap orders and move them to the loading dock with pallet jack or walkie-rider.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
