Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Order Selector in California (Fullerton) to operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed systems, building orders and pallets for shipment. You will use a headset to pick by codes, ensure safety, and stack pallets over 5 feet tall while maintaining quality and food-grade standards where applicable.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, labeling, staging orders, and communicating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to give voice commands in English for voice-directed picking systems.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in cold/dry storage wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack ride-along equipment to pick, build, and transport customer orders.
• Perform pre-use safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• Use headset-based voice commands to select products by lot number and product code.
• Build safe pallets, often over 5 feet high, following stacking and safety guidelines.
• Shrink-wrap completed pallets and label materials for transport.
• Stage and deliver orders to shipping or staging areas.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control.
