Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation or annotation experience on voice cloning or related content.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause applied.
• Ability to work asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and ability to flag when prompts are problematic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs against a rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and provide rationale for the stronger answer.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route for rubric updates.
• Calibrate against gold-standard examples and document recurring failures.
