Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Research Engineer to join an onsite, Downtown San Francisco team building real-time, full-duplex voice agents for gaming.
The role focuses on speech foundation models, live experimentation, and benchmarking to enable squadmates that listen, interrupt naturally, and react to live game states in a chaotic multiplayer setting.
Formación
- Experience with speech foundation models.
- Expertise in ASR-LLM-TTS or speech-to-speech systems.
- Experience with full-duplex voice models.
- Experience with training, fine-tuning, evaluations and benchmarking.
- Strong publication record in speech/AI is a plus.
