Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics or related quantitative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with large datasets and Spark/Hive.
• Ability to translate questions into structured analyses.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with analytics workflow tools like Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and product groups to understand drivers and data.
• Support initiatives that improve customer experience and reduce costs.
• Scope analytics work with clear problem statements and metrics.
• Document data lineage and enable reusable analyses.
• Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify journey patterns.
• Develop and report KPIs; apply trend analysis and segmentation.
• Contribute to business cases by sizing opportunities and benefits.
• Support test design and evaluate outcomes for next actions.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to measure impact.
• Prepare presentations summarizing insights and recommendations.
