A telecommunications company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead both Direct stores and Franchise Partners in the United States. This role involves strategic leadership, customer experience oversight, and operational excellence. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing region that includes both Direct (Red) stores and Franchise Partner locations. This role requires a strategic leader who achieves success through building strong relationships, inspiring teams, and driving results through influence. You will shape customer experience, drive commercial performance, and ensure operational excellence across all stores in your region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and coaching company owned store teams in addition to owning the Franchise Partner relationship – always leading by example and championing our values.
