Greet and register guests, deliver excellent service, and settle accounts. The role involves working regular front desk shifts and other duties as needed.
Experience: 1+ years in front desk or hotel operations
Skills: Knowledge of Opera system preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual skills a plus; excellent communication and multitasking abilities; ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
