Job summary

Omega Health Services is hiring a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to work in Moorefield, WV. The role focuses on guiding individuals with disabilities toward employment, identifying strengths, and coordinating with employers to create inclusive opportunities.

The position involves travel within the service area and performing on-the-job coaching and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be capable of working independently, and manage multiple priorities

• Relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career guidance, job readiness, and employment support.
• Help individuals identify strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Assist with applications, interviews, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching.
