Kids for the Future is seeking a dedicated aide to support its vocational program in Lebanon, KY. The role focuses on helping implement agency policies for daily operations and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and some related experience; candidate must have reliable transportation. The position involves handling records, interactions with clients and families, and occasional bidding tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and some experience in a related field.
• Provides own transportation for program coordination needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the vocational program in the absence of or as requested by supervisor.
• Assists in obtaining information on new referrals and updates as needed.
• Assists in planning individualized support plans.
• Attends integration events for individuals as necessary.
• Maintains required record keeping.
• Enters or retrieves individual contract data manually or via data entry.
• Assists with packaging, sorting and assembly of contract work.
• Assists supervision in procurement and bidding of contracts.
• Participates in CQI activities for the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
