Qualifications include a high school diploma and some related experience; candidate must have reliable transportation. The position involves handling records, interactions with clients and families, and occasional bidding tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and some experience in a related field.
• Provides own transportation for program coordination needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the vocational program in the absence of or as requested by supervisor.
• Assists in obtaining information on new referrals and updates as needed.
• Assists in planning individualized support plans.
• Attends integration events for individuals as necessary.
• Maintains required record keeping.
• Enters or retrieves individual contract data manually or via data entry.
• Assists with packaging, sorting and assembly of contract work.
• Assists supervision in procurement and bidding of contracts.
• Participates in CQI activities for the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
