Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Vocational Employment Project Coordinator to manage and report on vocational projects within the Employment program. You will align vocational goals with recovery outcomes, drive rapid job search and placement, and build strategic employer partnerships to ensure successful placements across diverse work experiences.

The role includes coordinating with rehabilitation and clinical teams, developing training plans, and delivering high-fidelity vocational rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum three years vocational experience or a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience working with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflow, channels of communication, and procedures for the program.
• Coordinate care between rehabilitation department and clinical teams; collaborate with clinicians and staff.
• Identify and develop community employers to secure quality job matches.
• Lead job development and placement activities and monitor program outcomes.
