Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, social work, education, or a related area and 2 years of vocational rehabilitation experience.
Or 1 year of experience at the Vocational Consultant 1 level (SSP010) or equivalent.

Aufgaben

Assess vocational interests, abilities, work readiness, and support needs to identify assignments and goals.
Develop and implement individualized vocational plans with treatment teams.
Provide instruction and coaching in job tasks, workplace communication, boundaries, and accountability.
Coordinate work assignments, schedules, transportation, and worksite coverage.
Monitor performance and give constructive feedback to develop skills.
Support discharge planning by identifying employment interests and community resources.
