Job summary

The role reports to the VNA Clinical Team Manager and requires nursing licensure, relevant experience, and strong organizational skills; driving and reliable transportation are needed for community visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing.
• RN with state license eligibility/verification required.
• Home health/hospice regulatory knowledge preferred.
