Qualifications

• Experience performing production VMware-to-Hyper-V migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication and Instant VM Recovery.
• Operational experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end VM migrations from VMware to Hyper-V.
• Plan and run migration waves, including scheduling and change records.
• Use Veeam to support migrations and manage network mapping.
• Prepare source VMs for migration and validate migrated workloads.
