Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a seasoned IT Infrastructure Engineer in Minnesota to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role emphasizes VMware Vsphere and NSX expertise, Windows and Linux administration, ITIL processes, and scripting across PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl or C.

Strong communication, organization, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential. You will resolve incidents, support on-call escalations, and contribute to ongoing service improvements while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of VMware experience.
• 3+ years of Windows experience.
• 3+ years of Linux experience.
• Experience in an ITIL environment.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
• 1+ year of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl, or C).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proven ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through first-call resolution and minimal reopens.
• Participate in or contribute to proposals to drive service improvement plans for EN business.
• Independently resolve tickets and ensure SLA targets for volume and time are met by the team.
• Provide support for on-call escalations, Level 3 support, and incident/problem management.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates, training freshers, coaching analysts, and aiding interview/hiring processes.
