Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Power BI Developer with our client in the financial Industry located in Iselin, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Specialty Software Engineering
• Review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of various technical and business factors
• Resolve moderately complex issues while aligning with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders across a globally distributed team
• Work within a 2-week sprint Agile delivery model including daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education
• Experience with Power BI or Alteryx development (2–3 years combined preferred)
• Background in Capital Markets strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced Agile team environment of ~40 engineers (20 onshore / 20 offshore)

Pay Range: $ 58 - 68
