What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and manage critical vendor relationships including contract negotiation and compliance
2. Oversee the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process for assigned verticals
3. Consult with business stakeholders on contract scope, terms, service levels, and pricing
4. Manage Contract Lifecycle Management including contract close-out, extension, or renewal
5. Provide resolution for contract-related issues and disputes with vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
3. Strong expertise in SAP and Apttus
4. Ability to independently draft contracts and manage vendor disputes
5. Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in negotiating and managing professional technical consulting agreements
2. Familiarity with technology agreements including End User License Agreements and Software as a Service
3. Proven ability to apply critical thinking skills in business decision-making
4. Experience tracking and reporting on contract key performance indicators
