Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on strategy and deliver long-term, scalable solutions for complex business and technical needs
• Drive initiatives that require advanced analysis, innovation, and creative problem-solving
• Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Develop functional specification documents (FSDs) and ensure high-quality data reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent via work, consulting, education, or military service
• Strong Capital Markets experience, particularly with regulatory program support
• In-depth understanding of risk concepts and risk data
• Data governance, modeling, and quality assurance expertise
• Advanced Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, user stories, stakeholder communication
• Proficiency with Agile SDLC methodologies including SCRUM
• Experience developing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)

Pay Range: $ 72 - 82
