Job summary

Align Aerospace is seeking a VMI Representative to run the customer’s supply chain at Align Aerospace. You will own the customer’s inventory, ensure parts are available when needed, and prevent stockouts or overstock while coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, quality and customers.

This role emphasizes ownership, fast decision-making, and direct accountability for inventory and contracts, with an emphasis on aerospace supply chain dynamics and real problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in: Supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operations
• Strong Excel skills (you can analyze, not just type)
• ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account Management
• Extensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventory

In Your 6-9 Month Contract Term You Will

• Control inventory

What You’ll Be Doing (Real Work, Real Impact)

• Own the Customer’s Inventory

• Analyze & Drive Decisions


• Review usage trends, bin activity, and forecasts


• Adjust inventory strategies


• Use SAP + Excel to identify risks and opportunities


• Be the Face of Align to the Customer


• Build strong relationships


• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)


• Communicate clearly and confidently


• Support the Business


• Ensure contracts are executed correctly


• Support pricing, invoicing, and supply chain alignment


• Help identify cost savings and improvements

What We’re Looking For & Must-Haves

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems fast Education/Experience:


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• 1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account Management


• Extensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventory

• Customer-facing experience
