Are you reliable, organized, and ready to hit the road and the warehouse floor? Join Custom Fabricating & Supplies, a leading manufacturer in industrial masking and protection products, as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Clerk!

This is a hands-on role where you'll split your time between managing inbound/outbound shipments and making local deliveries to ensure our customers have what they need-when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

• Load and unload trucks, verify counts against packing slips, and process orders accurately

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move and organize inventory

• Package and ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers per customer requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Delivery & Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

• Safely deliver goods using a company vehicle to customer sites across the region

• Stock and organize products at customer locations in designated VMI spaces

• Monitor inventory levels and suggest restock adjustments based on usage

• Communicate customer needs, spot buys, and delivery feedback to the internal team

• Serve as a reliable, professional representative of our company to our customers

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class D driver's license with a clean record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of B2B delivery experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered industrial equipment

• Basic math and computer skills

• A positive, team-first attitude with excellent customer service skills
