Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a data analytics professional to design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions to support business decision-making. You will gather requirements, write specifications, validate reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes for timely, accurate insights.

Responsibilities include integrating data from multiple sources, driving new reporting initiatives, and mentoring teammates.

This role manages the design and production of standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions to support business decision-making. It involves gathering and documenting report requirements, writing specifications, and using reporting tools to create and modify reports based on evolving needs. The role includes validating and testing reports to ensure accuracy and quality while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes. Success is measured by the timely delivery of accurate reports that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights to leadership. The work impacts organizational performance by enabling data-driven decisions and supporting strategic and tactical objectives through effective reporting and analytics.

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
• OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
• OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Information

• 4-7 years of Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $102,695 - $205,390

National Base Pay Range: $89,300 - $178,600

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
