Albedo is redefining space mission infrastructure from its Broomfield, CO HQ. We seek a seasoned program manager to own complex hardware build schedules, coordinate engineering, production, and software, and drive on-time delivery for multiple programs with strict milestones.

You’ll partner with engineering and production leaders to translate plans into durable durations, assess risks, and keep the schedule as the system of record.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CE, Aero, or ME, or equivalent technical fluency.
• 8+ years in program or engineering management for hardware with at least one ownership of detailed build or AI&T schedule.
• Schedule ownership with resource-loaded plans, negotiated durations, and a clear critical path.
• Experience spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and test in a single integrated schedule.
• Hardware production or integration/test exposure on the factory floor or adjacent.
• CAPM/PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of projects and programs against company goals and delivery dates.
• Build and maintain an integrated schedule across engineering, production, and software with a defined critical path.
• Manage build-schedule depth: AI&T flow, production sequencing, resource loading, test-stand contention.
• Partner with leads to translate plans into realistic durations teams will stand behind.
• Identify slips early, replan options, and present decisions to the team.
• Own cadence and ensure Linear remains the system of record with clear health and dependencies.
• Develop a scalable program-management practice with cadence, reporting, escalation, and standards.
• Represent programs to external customers and partners while keeping internal delivery ownership.
