Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information.
  • Handle bench sales recruitment including sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, clients, submitting bench consultants, negotiating rates, following up on interview schedules, and placing consultants.
  • Post vacancies on portals and match candidate profiles on technical grounds.
  • Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Conduct job portal searches (e.g., Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn) and utilize other networking methods.
  • Edit and format resumes for consistency and presentability to clients.
  • Maintain candidate/vendor relations regarding submittals, interview coordination, joining formalities, background checks, references, and coordination with the internal accounting team for timesheets.
  • Ensure targets are met in terms of required submittals and placements on a daily basis.
