Job summary

The Retina Group of Washington (RGW) and The Retina Care Center (RCC) invite experienced vitreoretinal surgeons or medical retina specialists to join our renowned retina network serving VA, MD, and DC communities. You will work in a physician‑led environment with advanced diagnostic tools, operative suites, and opportunities for clinical trials.

Our recruitment package includes a base salary ladder: $400K Yr1, $500K Yr2, $600K Yr3, with production bonuses from Year 1, and a signing bonus of $30K

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required for ophthalmology practice.
• ACGME ophthalmology residency completed.
• Fellowship in medical retina or vitreoretinal surgery required.
• ABO certification or in progress.

Retina Specialists (Medical or Surgical) needed for a Renowned Group (RGW & RCC) in VA, MD, and DC! Hanover /York

We are seeking a few growth-minded vitreoretinal specialists – surgeons or medical retina practitioners -- to join our renowned team of physicians at The Retina Group of Washington (RGW) and The Retina Care Center (RCC) As part of a nationally recognized vertically-integrated network, our retina practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. Our Physician Recruitment Package Includes:

^ Signing Bonus of $30K, and Career Starter Bonus of $100K on Start Date.
