Job summary

The Retina Group of Washington is seeking vitreoretinal specialists to join our established VA/MD/DC network. We are a nationally recognized, physician-led group offering advanced care in retina and opportunities in education and research within RGW and RCC.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with retina training and are eager to grow their practice, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, and participate in clinical trials across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with residency, fellowship, or externship in retina.
• Board certification in ophthalmology or retina is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a retina practice across VA/MD/DC with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with physician teams, mentors, and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in clinical research and trials as part of a physician-led network.
• Contribute to referral development and practice-building initiatives.

Retina Specialists needed for a Renowned Group in VA, MD, DC!We are seeking a few growth-minded vitreoretinal specialists – surgeons or medical retina practitioners -- to join our renowned team of physicians at The Retina Group of Washington (RGW) and The Retina Care Center (RCC) As part of a nationally recognized vertically-integrated network, our retina practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education.
