Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Viticulture Coordinator in Napa Valley to assist with certified organic and sustainable viticulture programs. You will work with the Viticulture and Operations Management Teams to monitor pest control, fertilizers, irrigation, and vine management, while collecting data and supporting cross-functional collaboration with Winemaking.

Qualifications

• BS degree in an agriculture-related field.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Experience with viticulture or relevant study preferred.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of organic and sustainable viticulture programs.
• Collect and organize viticulture data; interpret with vineyard management team.
• Attend viticulture seminars and stay current on issues.
• Support health and safety culture.
