Sprouts Farmers Market in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Vitamin Clerk to help customers discover supplements and vitamins and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will educate customers on products, create and maintain department displays, and price merchandise while answering questions and guiding customers to items.

A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show mutual respect, maintain strong ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Willing to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Stand/walk/bend/climb; lift up to 50 lbs; operate without mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays and price merchandise with shelf tags.
• Answer questions and educate customers on supplements within proper parameters.
• Be familiar with events and seminars; share knowledge of weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
