Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs., for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Educate customers using supplement knowledge and answer questions within proper parameters.
• Assist with creating and maintaining department displays and pricing with shelf tags.
• Direct customers to product locations and be aware of weekly ads and events.
