Job summary

Direct Demo is hiring for the Sheridan Costco location to promote and sell nutritional supplements at the member desk. You will demonstrate product benefits, engage customers, and drive sales with a friendly, energetic approach.

The role is part-time, requires excellent communication and the ability to lift/demonstrate items, with training provided. Compensation starts at $22 per hour plus performance bonus; W-2 employment and bi-weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands.

• Attend paid compliance calls with team/regional manager.
• Must lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table (~20 lb) and products to/from car.
• Stand for extended periods and work independently at the location.

Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:00pm ~ All Days Available! Saturday and Sunday are the best commission days!

Compensation:

• Starting at $22+ an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.

• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
