Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Monitor Tech/Unit Secretary to support patient care on the hospital unit. The role involves maintaining accurate patient charts, entering orders for tests, and ensuring seamless communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other departments.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, successful exam completion within 90 days, and BLS certification. Strong computer skills and excellent communication are essential for success.

• Successful completion of the Monitor Tech exam within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification (AHA) required for consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the patient’s medical records for each admission/visit.
• Serve as Monitor Tech and coordinate with nursing staff and physicians.
• Handle order entry and ensure proper tests are requested.
• Direct guests and communicate effectively across departments to support patient care.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts promptly and accurately.
