Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties related to admission, discharge, and documentation while prioritizing work.
• Greet patients and families and assist with forms.
• Complete admission and discharge paperwork and file processing.
• Develop rapport with nursing/clinical staff and respond to questions from providers.
• Organize and file medical information appropriately.
• Answer phones and coordinate communication with other units and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, clinician, employee, and visitor data.
• Measure and interpret patient heart rhythm and document it in records.
