The Visualization Coordinator oversees the production of 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing materials across the company. This role ensures deliverables meet established brand, budget, and timeline expectations, while maintaining communication with project stakeholders and upholding internal processes. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for quality and a strong grasp of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities

– Coordinate outsourced 3D exterior renderings used in brochures and community websites

– Review and proof artwork during the first and second review stages

– Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders throughout the production process

– Update internal databases daily to track project status and vendor expenditures

– Collaborate with teams to improve workflow efficiency while preserving quality standards

– Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and project requirements

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience
