Job summary

Living Spaces in Utah is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to maintain showroom readiness and uphold visual standards across the store. You will lead Visual Stylists, coordinate with Service Technicians and Janitorial partners, and ensure brand-aligned presentation and safe, guest-ready spaces.

The role focuses on planning and executing resets, floor moves, and ongoing maintenance while partnering with Retail Managers to align store priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with high-volume operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists, Service Technicians, and Janitorial partners to ensure visual standards and showroom readiness.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly visual execution activities, including resets, floor moves, and ongoing maintenance.
• Execute and uphold Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all showroom areas.
• Partner with Operations to support accurate showroom inventory and efficient product flow, ensuring merchandise is staged, displayed, and maintained to standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Managers and cross-functional teams to align on store priorities, operational needs, and overall showroom performance.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership through clear direction, coaching, recognition, and real-time feedback to drive accountability and execution.
• Monitor showroom conditions and promptly address visual and maintenance gaps that may impact the guest experience, safety, or brand presentation.
• Reinforce guest-facing standards by ensuring the showroom environment supports selling, without direct ownership of sales results.
• Support onboarding and training of team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of visual merchandising standards.

High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred.Certificates and Licenses: None requiredSupervisory Responsibilities: The Visual Merchandise Supervisor does not carry formal people‑manager direct reports but does hold day‑to‑day supervisory authority over sales floor execution, team behavior, and standard work adherence. Sets clear expectations and holds team members accountable to performance, behaviors, and standard work. Actively observes team member behaviors and provides in‑the‑moment coaching, recognition, and corrective feedback.Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $23.50 - $30.55Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
