Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate guest experiences through compelling in-store visuals and brand-aligned presentation at our Tysons Corner, VA location. You will lead the team, manage floor sets, and ensure our standards drive sales and engagement.

You will report to the Store Leader and work onsite daily, with a focus on promoting Ballard Designs and Cornerstone brands while delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and apply company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays, and inventory replenishment.
• Oversee daily floor activities as scheduled to ensure coverage and goals.
• Provide performance feedback to store leadership based on observations.

You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will manage company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.

You will report to the Store Leader.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Tysons Corner, Virginia, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
• Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.

Hourly: $23.50 - $25.15
