Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect welded, painted, galvanized, and manufactured parts for conformance to drawings and AWS D1.1 standards. You will document results, maintain inspection status, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate/Technical degree is preferred) and strong English communication skills. Prior experience with quality records is a plus, and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tacked, welded, painted, galvanized and manufactured parts for quality per QC processes.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, or verbally.
• Perform in-process and final visual weld and dimensional inspections per AWS D1.1.
• Verify inspection status of product during all manufacturing stages and rework nonconforming items.
• Maintain quality records to ensure legibility and completeness.
• Ensure customer requirements are determined and met.
