Job summary

Design Humans™ is seeking a talented Visual Production Designer for a fast-growing tech client. The role focuses on bringing the brand to life across marketing, sales, events, product launches, and digital experiences.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product leadership, and sales to turn briefs into polished, scalable creative. This position is on-site in NYC four days a week, with relocation assistance available for candidates committed to the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production design, graphic design, marketing design, brand design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience creating and adapting creative across a variety of digital and print formats.
• Ability to work within established brand systems while knowing when to push the creative.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership to execute creative across the organization.
• Design marketing and sales materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, paid advertising, social media assets, email graphics, website content, and event collateral.
• Adapt creative across multiple formats, channels, audiences, and campaigns while maintaining visual consistency.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Build reusable templates, libraries, and production systems to improve consistency and speed.
• Explore AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline production and improve quality and speed.

Design Humans is recruiting for a talented Visual Production Designer for our client, a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered products. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on bringing the company's brand to life across marketing, sales, events, product launches, and digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership to turn creative briefs, messaging, and existing brand systems into polished, high-impact creative. This includes sales presentations, one-pagers, paid advertising, social campaigns, event materials, website assets, product launches, and customer-facing collateral.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who is highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and excited by production at scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of creative projects while helping build templates, systems, and workflows that make the team faster and more efficient.

We’re especially interested in designers who are curious about AI-powered creative tools and excited to experiment with new ways of working.

All candidates MUST be open to working on-site in NYC 4 days a week.

Relocation can be provided for candidates who are serious about this position.

• Ability to work within established brand systems while knowing when and how to push the creative.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take a brief and independently turn it into high-quality creative.
