Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to help make Squishable retail spaces engaging, cohesive, and fun. The Visual Merchandising & Store Design Associate supports the development and execution of in-store visuals, layouts, and seasonal merchandising strategies to elevate the customer experience across our retail locations. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with the Art & Design team, Store Operations, and external vendors to bring the Squishable brand to life in-store. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or store design—retail experience is required, and toy or specialty retail experience is a plus!
MUST BE comfortable with travel. This role includes approximately 50% travel to Squishable stores across the United States.
Salary: $75,000-$85,000
Work Location: Hybrid must be comfortable commuting to the NYC office
