Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead and support store remodels, vendor activities, decommissions and other initiatives. You’ll set planograms, graphics, and new tech, ensuring stores are ready for business daily.

You will review contractor work, train teammates, implement interactive displays, and provide functionality support across shifts and sites. Travel up to 75% and lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 3 months of merchandising, technical or functionality support experience.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to work overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete company sponsored merchandising tasks, including complex interactive display setup, AV support, signage implementation and installation of product security devices.
• Complete project merchandising and store display functionality support within given timelines.
• Help train of new team members through job shadowing and sharing of best practices.
• Implement new interactive displays and technologies.
• Perform basic and intermediate functionality support on store interactive displays.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor-provided displays.
