Job summary

Best Buy in Fullerton, CA seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to perform installations as part of remodels and vendor activities. You will set planograms, graphics, and new technology while ensuring stores are ready for business each day.

You’ll review contractor work, support interactive displays, travel up to 75% and work overnight/weekends. Training teammates and maintaining vendor display knowledge are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 months of demonstrated merchandising, technical or functionality support skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Willing to work overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising tasks including complex interactive display setup and AV support.
• Review contractor work and provide functionality support for displays.
• Set planograms and graphics, implement new technology and displays.
• Train new team members through job shadowing and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor-provided displays.
