Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role in linking Merchandising with Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll build eye-catching displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand products across Lowe's stores.

You ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, while creating safe, visually appealing product layouts. Most tasks are non-customer facing, with opportunities to assist customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficient with web-based computer programs.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage and digital maintenance.
• Ensure product pricing information is clearly visible and labels are correct.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
